Kevin Garnett helped put the Timberwolves on the map. Before KG helped elevate the Timberwolves to Western Conference front runners, Minnesota was a wasteland for talent.
Following his days with the T'Wolves, Garnett helped Boston restore their past glory with an NBA championship. From the 1998-99 season is this Garnett game worn home jersey. The team name and numbers are crafted in three-color formation with silver spackle twill built in. A tree motif is captured on the neckline and both shoulder ends. Four Velcro strips are instituted into this, a staple of Garnett gamers during this time period.
Sewn in the tail are these tags: Timberwolves Starter exclusivity (Velcro fraying), size "50", 4" L.B and "98-99 Set #1" (sewn over another tag).
Authentication is secured with a signed letter from the T'Wolves equipment manager on team stationery.
