Prince Fielder is a throwback player in the truest sense. The bulky lefty never takes a day off, runs out grounders no matter how inconsequential and holds his teammates accountable (remember Manny Parra?).
Milwaukee's biggest Brewer donned this pinstriped jersey during special throwback contests in 2008. This massive double knit garment, a whopping size "56", shows great overall use with fraying on the two-color tackle twill identifiers and softening on the front "BREWERS" team script and NOB. A few stains still appear on the body. Secured in the collar is an inventory swatch reading "08 Fielder 56 122". The tail includes a Majestic tag and size "56" indicator. Secured in the inner side is Majestic's "0062" inventory code with "+2" body".
Authentication is secured with an MLB hologram (LH 039662) on back. Prince offered his own authentication with a silver paint pen signature and "Game used" inscription. This was signed at a Legends of The Field signing. Also attending is a receipt from the Brewers team store from when the jersey was purchased.
