1958-65 Los Angeles Dodgers #23 Los Angeles Dodgers Game Worn Cap (MEARS LOA)

Manufactured by the Tim McAuliffe company, this 6 panel, 7 thread cap illustrates the traditional Dodgers design of blue crown/brim with white crown button. The interlocking “LA” is embroidered on the front. Interior contains a leather head band. Interior tagging includes the “Tim McAuliffe Inc, 24 Lincoln St., Boston Mass.” Manufacturers tag. KM pro size 7 is factory stamped into the leather head band. Number 23 is written underneath the brim. Possible players include 1958-59 Don Zimmer, 1960-61 Ed Palmquist, 1962 Walter Hunter, 1963 Don Zimmer, 1964 Bart Shirley, 1965 Claude Osteen. Cap shows heavy game wear, and sweat staining to the under brim. Excellent overall condition. Collection of MEARS Staff. (P0006)
