Ken Griffey Jr. Seattle Mariners Signed Game-Used Cleat - JSA

This cleat was worn by Mariners (and baseball) legend Ken Griffey Jr. during his first stint with Seattle. The size 13 right cleat is a Griffey model Zoom Air that was manufactured by Nike in 1996. The unquestioned first-ballot Hall of Fame player signed the right side of the item using a silver marker.

The cleat exhibits very few signs of use, excluding a minuscule amount of (big league) soil on the sides and bottom of the item. Though there's no documentation of exactly when "The Kid" wore this cleat, you can be sure from its mid- to late 1990s origin that Griffey did something amazing while it was on his foot.
