In the 1960s, Lionel Aldridge was a standout defensive lineman for the Super Bowl I and II champion Green Bay Packers. After retiring, Aldridge fell victim to the mental illness of paranoid schizophrenia during the early 1970s. Alridge was actually homeless for a time, but eventually he reached a form of equilibrium, and worked as an advocate for the homeless and mentally ill until his death in 1998. Offered here are two shirts signed by Aldridge's former teammates from the 2004 Lionel's House Walk/Run. Bob Long, Willie Wood, Dave Robinson and Bob Jeter (dec.) each use perfect black felt-tip ink on these MINT garments.
