This football was autographed in black marker by longtime Green Bay Packers tight end Ed West along with "Best Wishes" inscribed below the signature. West played in Green Bay between the years of 1984 and 1994, then subsequently spent three more seasons between Philadelphia and Atlanta. He is best known for catching Brett Favre's first NFL touchdown pass.
