Offered is a lot of 10 items and an accompanied envelope all signed by former Olympian and NASA engineer Bill Kerslake. Kerslake, a three-time Olympian heavyweight wrestler and a gold medalist during the 1955 Pan American Games. Kerslake set a Guiness World Record in 1956 for recording a pin in four seconds during a Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kerslake also was involved in NASA and was the co-inventor of ION Rocket Engine and Rail Accelerator for launching supplies to space. The items featured in the lot are a letter to Jim Zimmerman, four 3" x 5" cards, a note about the missing 3" x 5" cards and four photocopies with signatures on them. The items are in excellent-Near Mint condition.(G0240)
