Pro Bowl long snapper Brian Jennings donned this Reebok brand flex fit cap (size "L-XL") on the sidelines during the 2009 season, his tenth seasons with the Niners.

The cap was worn on October 4th of 2009 for breast cancer awareness.

Jennings signed the bill in black felt tip marker. An NFL Auction LOA and PSA/DNA sticker #N61776 will attend and serve as authentication. Jennings' number "86" is written on the top button in black marker.
