San Francisco 49ers starting right tackle Adam Snyder wore this Reebok brand flex fit cap (size "XL-XXL") during the 2009 season, where he played in every game.

The cap was worn on October 4th of 2009 for breast cancer awareness.

Snyder signed the front in black felt tip marker. An NFL Auction LOA and PSA/DNA sticker #N61794 will attend and serve as authentication. Snyder's number "68" is written on the top button in black marker.
