2007 Mike Bacsik Washington Nationals Game Worn Jersey & (3) Opening Day Locker Room Plates (MEARS LOA)

Who knew that this number would become the most popular one in the short existence of the Washington Nationals.

This size "52" #37 jersey was made for Mike Bacsik to wear in 2008 but he never made the parent club. Rather he left Spring Training and headed to the minors. The jersey shows moderate overall use and includes a 2008 Inaugural Season disc patch over the right sleeve and team patch on the opposite side. Our guess is this was worn in 2007 and then ready if Bacsik made the team a year later because a 2007 set tag is sewn in the inner side seam.

Sewn in the tail is a rubberized Majestic tag and size "52" reference. Majestic's "0063" inventory tag and "Set 1 2007" flag tag.

Also included are 18" 2008 Opening Day locker room plates honoring Pat Corrales, Lennie Harris and Wily Mo Pena. Consigned by MEARS Staff.
