2003 Alex Rodriguez Texas Rangers Signed Professional Model Louisville Slugger Game Used Bat (MEARS A9/Rodriguez Hologram) Home Run #5 of Season

Offered is a professional model Alex Rodrigruez game used Louisville Slugger bat which dates to the shortstop's 2003 American League MVP campaign with the Texas Rangers. Model C271 is stamped on the signature barrel which has also been signed in silver marker by Rodriguez along with an inscription reading "2003 HR Bat #5".

Bat currently measures 34", weighs 29.6 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, barrel gouging, a heavy appliation of Mota stick and a 14" lifted handle crack.

Bat receives 5 points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for heavy use, 2 points for provenance and loses 1 point for the handle crack resulting in a final grade of MEARS A9. AROD 3 hologram also applied to barrel of bat. (58L0568)
