Billy Williams expertly signed this Mitchell & Ness Cubs jersey in blue felt tip. He also added a "H.O.F. 1987" inscription for good measure.

The jersey was framed at one point and there is residue on the reverse from mounting. A Mitchell & Ness tag is secured in the collar. All of the identifiers are sewn on.
