1986-88 Bill Schroeder Milwaukee Brewers Signed Game Worn Rawlings Orange Target Catcher's Mitt (MEARS LOA/JSA)

Offered is a Rawlings catcher's mitt dating to Bill Schroeder's tenure with the Milwaukee Brewers circa 1986-88. Interior of the glove features "PRO K3F", "Rawlings", "Gold Glove", "Heart of the Hide" and "Made in USA" stampings while "Gold Glove Series JEC01" is stamped on the thumb. Schroeder's uniform number 21 is written in black marker on the thumb with his "Rock" nickname written on the pinky while Bill has also signed the reverse of the webbing in blue marker. Glove also features the orange target leather first favored by Lance Parrish of the Detroit Tigers. The style of the glove with the orange inside is consistent with what Schroeder used during his career and Juan Nieve's No Hitter. A close source to Schroeder confirmed this was not the no-hitter glove, as he still have it in his possession. Heavy wear shown. (89R0746)
