1985-86 San Diego Padres #34 Jack Krol Game Worn Cap (MEARS Auction LOA)

Krol signed the top of the brim of this brown Padres lid, worn in one of his final 2 years on the Pads' staff, and one of the first 2 years of the Pads' solid brown caps with orange interlocking SD. Also, this cap was made by Sports Specialties, a 1980s/early '90s cap company that briefly played Avis to New Era's Hertz in supplying MLB teams. Older cap, odd supplier....enjoy!! Small seam separation to the right of SD logo. (M0243)
