Lot #293:

1984 Dave Winfield New York Yankees Signed OAL Brown Game Used Baseball (MEARS LOA/JSA)

Offered is a Rawlings Official American League Bobby Brown baseball which has been signed on the sweet spot by Hall of Fame New York Yankees slugger Dave Winfield along with an inscription reading "Foul Pole HR Balt/NY 84". Examination of Winfield's home run log for 1984 revealed that he did not hit any of his 19 home runs that season against the Baltimore Orioles, though ball shows definite game use. (80H0048)
