Offered for auction in this lot is a Jose Uribe Gonzalez professional model Louisville Slugger. This Hillerich & Bradsby manufactured Louisville Slugger has model number D143 imprinted on its barrel with GONZALEZ in block letters and the Louisville Slugger 125 1984 center brand.
This natural finished ash bat currently weighs 32 ounces and measures 34" in length. The bat has a round barrel & flare knob and matches known player factory records. It exhibits heavy use with heavy ball marks, deeply embedded stitch marks, bat rack marks and a handle crack at 14" with separation that extends past the center brand.
Bat receives 5 points for matching player records, 3 points for use and loses 1 point for the handle crack resulting in a final grade of MEARS A7.
