1983 David Lewis #51 Los Angeles Rams Game Worn Home Jersey w/ 4 Repairs - MEARS LOA

Former Pro Bowler Dave Lewis donned this jersey when as he finished up his career in Los Angeles. Lewis put heavy use into this mesh pullover during the 1983 campaign.

At least four team repairs are showcased on this jersey as are the famous Ram horns on the shoulder region. All of the identifiers are heat applique and "LEWIS" is spelled across a nameplate.

Sewn in the tail is a Rams exclusivity tag and Medalist Sand Knit label.
