1983-84 Larry Herndon Detroit Tigers Game Worn Cap (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Detroit Tigers cap which was donned by outfielder Larry Herndon during his tenure with the team circa 1983-84. New Era Pro Model, MLB Official License and size 7 3/8 Lot/Price tags sewn to sweatband while Herndon's uniform number 31 is written in faded black marker on the underside of the brim. While there is no way to say for certain, given the 83-84 era tagging there is a 50/50 chance this cap dates to the some point during the Tigers 1984 World Series Championship season. Moderate use shown with some staining to front of cap. (72Z0088)
