Offered is a game worn New York Yankees home jersey. Wilson size 44 tag sewn to outside tail along with a box tag reading "73 Set 2" indicating the jersey was originally issued in 1973. Supplemental tagging has been removed from the collar, though the outline of the tag still remains. Examination of the left sleeve reveals that an armband was present at one point so jersey was likely carried over for use through at least the 1979 season when Jerry Narron donned number 38. Team name and number sewn to jersey in navy tackle twill, though it appears that the number has been restored. Moderate use shown.

From the base grade of A10; 2 points are subtracted for the number restoration, 1 point is subtracted for the removed collar tag and 1 point is subtracted for the missing arm band resulting in a final grade of MEARS A6. (54H0201)
