Offered is a 35" H&B Louisville Slugger black bat commemorating the members of the 1978 National League All Star team. A total of 38 gold foil signature and block letter stampings are present including Hall of Famers & stars such as Willie Stargell, Eddie Mathews, Joe Morgan, Dave Winfield, Pete Rose, Johnny Bench, Tom Seaver, Tommy Lasorda, Rollie Fingers and more. Black bats are fairly rare as they were not available for retail sale and were typically only given to players & club employees. (96X0432)
