1977-78 Wayne Nordhagen Chicago White Sox Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a collared Chicago White Sox softball style home jersey dating to Wayne Nordhagen's tenure with the team circa 1977-78. Rawlings size 44 & Set 1 1977 tags sewn in collar while "Chicago", number 20 and "Nordhagen" are also sewn to the white knit pullover. Jersey was originally issued to Nordhagen as number 15 in 1977 & was carried over for the 1978 season with a team number change to 20. With repairs and the outline of a removed nameplate on the reverse plus the excessive wear shown it is likely jersey saw extended organizational use following the 1978 season. (06H0050)
