1974-75 Ed Giacomin New York Rangers Game Used Sher-Wood Hockey Stick HOF (MEARS Auction LOA)

Offered is a game used Sher-Wood hockey stick from the 1974-75 season of former new York Ranger and Hall of Famer, Ed Giacomin. The stick features his name "Giacomin" and his number "1" printed along the shaft underneath his custom tape job on the handle. On the underside of the stick there is a production date of Dec 3, 1974 dating it to the 74-75 season. It exhibits heavy use with puck marks, fraying of the tape, as well as a previous tape job which had been removed and taped over. The stick is also signed in red marker by Giacomin by his tape job on the handle as well as several other players from the 74-75 Rangers team along both sides of the shaft. Giacomin was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1987. This is a great chance to pick up a quality stick of a legendary player.
