1973 Matty Alou New York Yankees Game Worn Road Jersey (MEARS A9)

Offered is a New York Yankees road jersey dating to Matty Alou's 1973 season with the team. Heavily frayed Wilson size 40 tag sewn inside custom hemmed tail with a "M Alou 73 Set 3" strip tag sewn in the collar while "New York" and number 2 are also sewn to the grey knit jersey. Moderate wear shown with a small stain present on the lower right tail. MEARS A9 with 1/2 point deducted for each of the stain & Wilson tag fraying. (99A0125, 938)
