1970s Green Bay Packers 11" x 14" Original Photo - Lot of 5 From Vern Biever Estate - Biever Stamp

There was one constant on the Green Bay Packers sidelines for some 65 years - Vernon Biever. The photographer from Port Washington was there for the likes Curly Lambeau, Vince Lombardi, Mike Holmgren and even was there for the early stages of Mike McCarthy's run. All of the highs and lows were usually captured by Biever or his capable sons, also accomplished photographers. Recently a number of treasures from the Vernon Biever Estate were made available to the public. MEARS was able to acquire a few of relics directly from the estate sale.

From the original negative is these five 11" x 14" photos, each showcasing the brutality of football in the 1970s. Featured subjects include MacArthur Lane, Willie Buchanon, Scott Hunter, Mike McCoy and Greg Koch. The Lane photo has a Jim Biever stamp.
