Year one is always a tough for a new baseball team. After bolting Seattle for Milwaukee in 1970, the Brewers finished 65-97 in Brew City.

But the foundation was laid down for future success. This OAL (Cronin) baseball is signed by 31 members of the inaugural Brewers in ballpoint ink. Those who signed include: Dave Bristol, Danny Walton, Don Bryant, Jerry McNerntey, Mike Hershberger, Roy McMillan, Jackie Moore, Cal Ermer, Wayne Cormer, Bob Burda, Bob Locker, Dave Baldwin, John Gelnar, John Morris, Wes Stock, Wayne Twitchell, Sandy Valdespino, Lew Krause, Tom Harper, Phil Roof, Fred Stanley, John Kennedy, Gene Brabender, Mike Hegan, Bernie Smith and a few more.
