Offered is a professional model M110 Hunter H&B Louisville Slugger dating to Jim "Catfish" Hunter's 1967 season with the Kansas City Athletics. Bat currently measure 35", weighs 33.5 ounces and shows heavy pitcher use with ball marks, stitch marks, grain swelling and Catfish's uniform number 27 written on the knob. During 1967, Hunter batted in 37 games in 92 at bats, hit .196, with 2 homeruns. This was his main bat used during the 1967 and gifted to one of his best friends who consigned the bat. It is our belief, although we cannot document this, is that this is the only bat he used during 1967 and would have been the bat he hit his 2 homeruns with. MEARS A10. (79C0498)
