Offered are a lot of three index cards slabbed by former Major League Baseball Players Association executive director Marvin Miller. All of the index cards are certified by PSA/DNA. Miller, who was head of the union from 1966-82 made it one of the strongest union's in the United States. Miller negotiated the first collective barganing agreement with the owners in 1968 and led the union through three strikes. Miller was instrumental in increasing the average salary for the players as it rose from 19,000 in 1966 to $382,000 in 1982. (G0237)
