The only documented photo of only Vince Lombardi and Curly Lambeau together is shown on the 1965 Packers yearbook. Yes, this is the same photo which got Art Daley in hot water with Lombardi.

This yearbook is EX with a date written on the left corner and some writing on the 1965 schedule page.
