1965-66 Willie Kirkland Washington Senators H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a professional model Willie Kirkland game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to the close of his career with the Washington Senators circa 1965-66. Model K93 stamped on knob along with Willie's uniform number 6 written in faded black marker. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 34.5 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, bat rack marks, deadwood on the reverse of the knob, a chipped knob, spot discoloration and a cracked handle with has been repaired with 3 period nails. Kirkland's 1965 Topps card will also attend though it has some bending from being stored in the tube with the bat. (03E0029)
