1965-66 Roy McMillan New York Mets Game Worn Batting Helmet (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a New York Mets batting helmet dating to the close of two time All Star & three time Gold Glove winner Roy McMillan's career circa 1965-66. American Baseball Cap size 7 tag applied inside helmet along with a piece of athletic tape with "McMillan" written in heavily faded black marker while Roy's uniform number 11 is written in black marker on the center pad. A "McMillan" DymoTape label is also applied to the reverse exterior of the helmet. Heavy wear shown. (96X0450)
