Lot #191:

1961 Green Bay Packers Multi-Signed The Duke Football w/11 Sigs. Incl. Paul Hornung Bart Starr Henry Jordan - JSA

While we have seen The Duke team signed footballs spanning the Lombardi era, this is a unique occurrence.

This The Duke football is signed by 11 members of an early Lombardi team in bold pen. Highlighting this is the signature of Henry Jordan who signed a side panel. Those who signed are: Norb Hecker, Gary Knafelc, Paul Hornung, Bob Skoronski, Lew Carpenter, Nelson Toburen (only year 1961), John Symank and Tom Bettis. "NFL Champions 1960, 1961, 1962" and "World Champs 1962 1961" is written by the owner on an entirely separate side panel. JSA has deemed the Starr and Taylor to be secretarial.
