This Canadian League football would have been used north of the border, presumably in the 1960s. We can't make out what the commissioner's name is, but this Wilson-made ball mirrors what the NFL used in the 1960s - especially the Made by Wilson stamp.

Heavy use is shown on this rarely seen pigskin.
