2 - Willie Buchanon, Ted Hendricks (Bob Jeter opposite side) and Max McGee (and the Big Unit Bill Michaels) and Frank Winters (Joe Wolf opposite side) signed Lombardi Classic program page.

3 - Packer issued photos of Chester Marcol (unsigned), Jim Carter (signed) and Don Chandler (signed). There are dart holes on each.
