It goes without saying that Wilt Chamberlain is no stranger to the NBA All-Star Game. After all, the Hall of Fame great appeared in 13 of them over the course of his amazing career. But this vintage single-photo offering shows Chamberlain partaking in one of his first All-Star exhibitions. Playing for the Eastern Conference, Wilt slams a dunk home.
