Offered is a scored souvenir scorebook from the April 1, 1960 afternoon exhibition between the New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds at Al Lang Field in St. Petersburg, Florida; which served as the shared spring training home base for both the Yankees and St. Louis Cardinals. Cover features an orange tree illustration with the logos for each of the twelve Major League teams along with a schedule of games and two photos of Al Lang Field. Scorecard has been scored with Vada Pinson and Frank Robison in the lineup for the Reds and Maris (mispelled Marrit by the original owner as he was not yet a household name in spring training of 1960) and Mantle (who was later replaced by Ken Hunt) supporting Whitey Ford for the New York Yankees. Good overall condition with a vertical crease and light cover staining. (57K0123)
