1960-64 Chuck Klein H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model College Bat (MEARS LOA)

It is somewhat unusual to find a signature model bat of a Hall of Fame player from the 1930's that was issued as a college bat from 1960-64. BGSU is stamped under Klein's name presumably for Bowling Green State University. Bat is a professional model as evidenced by model number K55 being stamped on the knob.

This natural finished ash bat currently weighs 33 ounces and measures 34 3/4" in length. It exhibits signs of heavy use with swelling, stitch marks, cleat marks, dead wood and a multiple 7" handle crack with period nails and tape remnants.

MEARS grades this bat as authentic.
