Offered is a professional model "Streeter" game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to circa 1957. Model S2 stamped on knob along with number 11 written in faded black marker while "1957" is written on the barrel in faded blue ink. Records show two Streeters active in professional baseball in 1957; Glen with Fresno in the California League & Jerry with Sacramento (Pacific Coast League), Little Rock (Southern Association) and Louisville (American Association). Bat currently measures 34", weighs 30 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, a taped handle and deadwood on the reverse of the barrel which has been repaired with seven period nails. (95W0233)
