1954 Del Crandell Grimmware Milwaukee Braves ashtray

The Braves popular manager wasn't the only talented member of his family. Charlie Grimm's wife, Marion, also showed some masterful craftmanship of her own, and this fabulous piece of "Grimmware," is proof. Offered is an ashtray that "the Mrs." created, which is a baseball glove rendering complete with a Del Crandell facsimile signature at its base. Measuring at 5" in length, this EX-MINT ceramic piece exhibits a small mounting hole that was marked on the back between the glove's laces, in addition to "1954 G," which was engraved in this great showpiece.
