Offered for auction in this lot is a Bud Swartz professional model H&B Louisville Slugger. This Hillerich & Bradsby manufactured Louisville Slugger has its model K55 stamped on the knob with SWARTZ in block letters on the barrel and the H&B 125 1950-60 period center brand.

This natural finished ash bat currently weighs 30 ounces and measures 34" in length. The bat has a round barrel & regular knob and matches known player factory records. It exhibits heavy use with heavy ball marks, deeply embedded stitch marks, dead wood and a handle crack at 20" with some separation. LOA Troy R. Kinunen / MEARS Auctions
