1949 Schoolboy Rowe Philadelphia Phillies Game Worn Road Uniform Pants + 1960 Chicago Cubs Restored Road Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered are a pair of grey flannel uniform pants with blue back pocket flaps dating to circa Schoolboy Rowe's final season as a player with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1949. Wilson, size 42 and "Rowe" tag sewn to waistband with a 49 year tag sewn to the fly. Accompanying the pants is a Wilson size 42 Chicago Cubs road jersey with a strip reading "20-1960-3-42" sewn in the collar while "Chicago" and number 20 have both been restored to the jersey. Grady Hatton, Irv Noren and Danny Murphy are all listed as wearing #20 at some point during the Cubs 1960 season. Heavy wear to both uniform elements. (83H0024)
