1948 (May 19) Ted Wilks St. Louis Cardinals ONL Frick Game Used Victory Baseball (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Spalding Official National League Ford Frick "victory baseball" which was used during the visiting St. Louis Cardinals 14-7 victory over the home Brooklyn Dodgers on May 19, 1948 at Ebbets Field. St. Louis hurler Ted Wilks would be awarded the victory after finishing the game allowing only 1 run over 7 relief innings. Various game details are written on the baseball's side panels. (71Y0066)
