Known as "Baseball's Great Hall of Fame" set and features 32 of the 53 HOF'ers through 1947. B&W image printed on blanked-backed exhibit/arcade style card. Greek column-style border provides distinctive frame with facsimile autograph with brief player narrative print on front. Set was later reproduced, and appears there is a mix of first and second printings.
Included are: Eddie Collins (2), Clark Griffith (2), Walter Johnson, Hugh Jennings, Jack Chesbro, Lefty Grove, Alvin Dark (2), Roger Bresnhan (2), Grover Alexander (2), Frank Chance (2), Ed Walsh (2), Roy Campanella with his personal autograph stamp that was applied when you wrote to him post-accident, Rube Waddell (2), George Sisler, Ernie Banks, Connie Mack, Christy Mathewson (2), Honus Wagner, Luke Appling, Joe Tinker.
