The Boston Red Sox knew how to do it up. Presented are four pieces of china honoring the Bo Sox. Each has a Red Sox emblem on front.

We believe these were used for a 1946 AL championship banquet honoring the team's success. They were never offered for commercial sale.

Offered are the following: dinner plate (9 1/2" diameter), cup and saucer (6") and salad/bread plate (7 1/4").

"Syracuse China U.S.A." is visible on the underside of each china piece. Each piece in this set remains in near mint to mint condition with no chips or cracks of any kind. This is the first of this set that we have ever seen and would be a sure fire winner in any nice Red Sox collection.
