Offered is a Spalding Official National League Ford Frick baseball which was used at Wrigley Field during one of the final four games of the 1945 World Series between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs. "1945 World Series Chicago" written in period ink on a side panel while umpires Jocko Conlan, Bill Summers, Lou Jordan & Art Passarella have signed the ball along with two other unidentified signatures.
