Baseball and Coca-Cola go hand-in-hand as both are a fiber in America's great history. Well both come together in this interesting listing.
With a labeling period of 1941-45 is this pinstriped flannel button up jersey. "Martins" is found on the front in cursive script and in felt material. The reverse reads: "Drink Coca Cola In Bottles." Our guess is Martin's was a local Coca-Cola distributor. Navy/white/navy piping surrounds the neckline and flows down the button path on front.
Sewn in the collar is a Gold Smith manufacturer's tag and size "38" flag tag. Also included are the matching pants. Some staining on the back.
The final piece of the puzzle is a vintage Reach fielder's glove. There may be a few plays left in it.
