When Walter Johnson, Babe Ruth or Josh Gibson was plying his trade, on-lookers just had to get a better view. How could you be saddled in the upper regions of Griffith Stadium when some of baseball's best were showing off their immeasurable talents.

Measuring a monstrous 93 1/2" x 13 1/2" is this sign which states "Entrance to Lower Grandstand". This is the sign pointing spectators to the best seats in the house. Imagine the excitement of going to the Griffith Stadium and seeing this sign, just knowing you were going to see some of the best of the best at close range.

There is moderate paint chipping, acceptable given the age and exposure to the elements. This sign has stood the test of time and survived to talk about it.

The specifics are painted in black and set against the white background on metal while the frame is the original wood. Local pickup is encouraged given the sign of this. Please call our offices for shipping information and rates.

One of the few surviving treasures from unforgettable Griffith Stadium.
