The Packers and Chicago Cardinals tangled at State Fair Park in Milwaukee Sept. 29, 1940. This program was issued at the contest. There is moderate handling wear on the cover of the EX program.

Participants in the game include: Don Hutson, Curly Lambeau (coach) and Buckets Goldenberg. The inside roster is still intact although one staple (bottom) is barely hanging on.
