The Cincinnati Reds didn't end the 1939 season on a good note as they lost in the World Series. They atoned for that series loss with a triumph in the '40 Fall Classic against the Tigers.

Offered is a ticket stub from Game 1 of the '40 World Series at Crosley Field. There is a crease on the left corner. The corners are solid and there is some age induced toning.
