While the Washington Senators didn't field the most imposing teams, at least their usher's were well dressed. Anything that is related to the team stadium is extremely rare and this is the first example of this jacket that this writer has ever seen as most were discarded after the next syle of ushers jacket was introduced.

This zip-up jacket was used when the Senators called Washington home in the 1960s. "The Senators" and "Gateman 43" are captured on the front in chenille threads.

Sewn in the collar is a Unitog manufacturer's tag and fabric content flag tag. The zipper is fully functional and in working order.
