Lot #66:

1936 circa Joe DiMaggio New York Yankees Photographic Die Cut Display w/George Burke Photo From DiMaggio Estate

Joe DiMaggio was a private man who kept a few mementos near and dear to him from his playing days. While MVP trophies and World Series rings were no-brainers, this statue was held in high regard by the Hall of Famer. From the personal collection of DiMaggio is this 8 1/2" tall George Burke photo made into a die cut display.

DiMaggio's classic batting form is showcased. We have unearthed a photo showing DiMaggio and this close by. There has been a repair made near DiMaggio's ankles. A "The Joe DiMaggio Collection" sticker is affixed to the bottom. Consigned by MEARS Staff.
